The mounting concept of the MES9000 series allows the device to be mounted according to the area of application.
• VESA100 for connection to (VESA) support arm/table mount/stand base
• Optional support arm mounting for 48,3 mm support arm systems with hidden cable routing
• Optional IP65 kit for an all around protected casing

Numerous configuration options Maximum flexibility
The MES9000 series can optionally be equipped with integrated antennas for a WLAN/Bluetooth module and with an RFID antenna in the front. The power button on the front can be configured on the software side according to customer needs. An integrated 24V DC or a 230V AC power pack is available for the appropriate power supply.

Modern interfaces Versatile connectivity
The interface area of the MES9000 series includes several modern interfaces, such as USB 3.1 Gen. 2 and DisplayPort++ (1.2), for connecting a wide variety of peripheral devices. In addition, the digital I/O and an optional front USB provide further connections for numerous possible applications. The device has two threaded sockets on the top and bottom of the device for attaching accessories such as keyboard and scanner holders.

Integrated HDBaseT transmitter module The additional option for greater distances
The optional integrated HDBaseT transmitter module allows multimedia signals (image, sound, touch control) to be transmitted up to 100 m via a single cable. The ideal solution for remote application environments in combination with industrial monitors from ADS-TEC such as our OPD series or MMD series.

Communication module Extension for all leading industrial protocols
With the optionally available Hilscher netJACK modules, various fieldbus types as well as Real Time Ethernet as master or slave can be integrated into the MES9000. The integration can be carried out quickly and easily without any tools. This offers enormous flexibility.

Big-LinX® IIoT Client Secure connection for servicing
• VPN tunnel secured via smartcard (optional software certificate also available)
• Includes X-Remote for secure remote desktop connection
• Configurable and secure data push for provision and visualisation of remote maintenance or other big data applications

Powerful
Thanks to the latest 8th generation Intel® processor technology (Whiskey Lake), the MES9000 delivers performance without compromises.

Fanless Design
The sophisticated passive cooling concept does not require a fan and allows the use of powerful Intel® processors at the same time. This provides a maintenance-friendly design.

Robustness
The MES9000 series is shockproof according IK08. The front screen is made of tempered glass.

Multi-Touch-Technology
Capacitive multi-touch display for comfortable multi-finger operation with anti-reflective front screen. Operation with gloves is as well possible.

Simple Installation
The mounting concept of the MES9000 series allows the device to be installed in many areas of application - on the support arm, table base or directly.

Protection classes
The MES9000 series is available in protection class IP65 on the front side, optionally also available on the rear side.

Raid System (optional)
In the Raid modus the data can be stored securely on the MES9000.

Power supply
Integrated 24V DC or 230V AC power supply included.

Radio connections
The MES9000 series has a radio module with latest WLAN standards, Bluetooth for connecting scanners, etc. and user recognition via RFID.

Big-LinX® ready
By means of an encrypted smartcard via the sim card slot, a connection to the IIoT service & maintenance platform "Big-LinX" for remote maintenance of machines / systems and acquisition of machine data can be carried out easily.

X-Remote Remote operation via Ethernet
For real-time operation of linked systems and processes ADS-TEC has developed a remote protocol, with which the user can remotely operate mobile or fixed thin client applications.

With the ADS-TEC Big-LinX® IIoT client
With the Windows-based client, always stay securely connected to ensure smooth operation with the OPC series. Secure connection by means of Smartcard-secured VPN tunnel. Software, firmware and bios are always kept up-to-date via the connection to the ADS-TEC Big-LinX IoT service platform.
