ADS-TEC stainless steel web panels with HYGIENE COMFORT DESIGN have the proven external geometry of the MMT series and are specially designed for reliable and flexible use in the hygiene sector. With pioneering technologies, they offer optimised processes and maximum future-proofing in the production of food, beverages, pharmaceuticals or chemical products. The fully enclosed stainless steel housing fulfils the highest hygiene requirements in accordance with EHEDG guidelines, DIN EN ISO 14159:2008 and has been developed up to the certified cleanroom suitability of the Fraunhofer IPA Institute.

Our hygienic web panels therefore combine ease of use with first-class performance and an appealing aesthetic concept. These high-quality devices are designed without a fan and consist of a sophisticated sandwich construction that combines stainless steel and aluminium layers. This results in slim and compact web panels that are seamlessly sealed and offer ideal conditions for reliable control and visualisation of production processes as well as uncomplicated cleaning.

Convenient operation, intuitive control
The capacitive multi-touch displays of the operating devices are designed to enable convenient multi-finger operation. Even when wearing gloves, input is intuitive, fast and precise. In addition, the devices have anti-reflective front screens that improve visualisation. These features make everyday work easier and significantly increase efficiency in production.

Cleanness in every detail: the Web Panel series with the advanced Hygienic Blue front seal
The MMW8000 series is optionally available with the ‘Hygienic Blue’ front seal. This special blue rubber seal in the front frame was developed specifically for COP (Cleaning off Place) cleaning in hygienically sensitive areas and complies with EHEDG standards for the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries as well as for cleanroom technology.
Flexible mounting options for maximum adaptability
A variety of mounting options enables customised solutions for your product. With three different mounting options, you will find exactly the option that meets your requirements. The monitor with a 48 mm support arm system can be mounted with either a stand or a support arm and offers flexible positioning thanks to the swivelling and tilting mounting adapters. In addition, the cable routing is securely protected by the support arm and the mounting adapter.
