Training at ADS-TEC
If you want to start in an industrial field with a secure future, then join the team at ADS-TEC. We offer you training programmes that will allow you to develop personally and professionally and prepare you for your future career. In addition to receiving a technical education, at ADS-TEC, you are part of our community. This means that you will work on interdisciplinary projects and participate in lunch breaks and team events.
Here is how your training will go: You attend courses one or two days a week at a vocational school nearby. The remaining days will be spent working with us to deepen your knowledge through real-working experience. In general, vocational training lasts for three years. If necessary and according to your performance, you can also complete your training more quickly.
Vocational school courses can also be held at our production location as part of a block school system.
What can you expect from industrial management training?
During your training to become an industrial manager, you’ll receive insights into the processes, tasks and procedures of various administrative departments, such as Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, Marketing and HR.
What can you do once you’ve completed your training?
Once you’ve completed your training to become an industrial manager, you will be optimally prepared for a degree in business. If you’d like to start your career right away, we offer a variety of opportunities in our administrative departments.
Is industrial manager the right programme for me?
You like variety, you’re communicative and friendly, and you enjoy working in a team. You approach tasks in an analytical and structural way thanks to your keen perception.
What can you expect from IT system manager training?
During your training, you’ll learn about processes and procedures in our administrative departments and also get an in-depth look at the interfaces between these departments and our technical systems. As part of this process, you’ll work in a number of different departments such as Sales, Order Processing and IT.
What can you do once you’ve completed your training?
Thanks to your interdisciplinary training, you can decide to pursue work in either an administrative or technological field, or serve as a point of contact linking business and technology. Depending on what interests you, you can also further deepen your knowledge by pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science or Business Information Systems.
Is IT system manager the right programme for me?
You are the kind of person who likes to find solutions and you are good at coordinating different departments? Plus, you are equally interested in economic and technical connections? Then you might want to look into this position.
What can you expect from IT specialist for digital networks training?
During your training, you’ll learn about network infrastructures and will be introduced to how cyber-physical systems are set up and operated. The majority of your training will be spent in our Product Management department. In addition, you’ll also gain insight into our IT, Software Development and/or Quality Management department.
What can you do once you’ve completed your training?
After your training, you will have many opportunities in product areas that require various systems to be connected on a digital network. In addition to Development and Product Management, you can also work in Sales or Service.
