Security, protection, maintenance – so much is possible
An IRF3000 can do so much more than just protect data. Your systems can be securely connected and remotely maintained – and even integrated in your own remote maintenance structure. Likewise, with the integration of open IoT protocols, data for predictive maintenance, machine learning and other big-data applications can be provided and visualised. In addition, the integration of Docker technology enables our firewalls to process data themselves and thus become complete edge devices. OpenVPN and IPsec make it possible to connect multiple locations and therefore securely exchange data. Systems can also be quickly and securely maintained – all made possible by the high-performance hardware equipment and edge device functionality, which quickly generate diagnoses, precisely determine forecasts and trends and make recommendations for action.

The advantages of the compact design are obvious. The slender die-cast aluminium housing takes up very little space in the control cabinet. Moreover, the IRF3000 is easy to install on a top hat rail or optionally via a VESA adapter.
Individual design
We offer the option of customising our industrial router firewall with your own individual touch. Produce the housing of the firewall in any accent colour or in your corporate colour. You can also customise the front foil with your logo. This gives you a personalised product that fits perfectly into your business environment.

ADS-TEC Industrial IT helps you take the step to becoming a digital company. The integrated 4G/LTE/5G option enables it to be connected to the local high-speed mobile networks, thus making it globally usable. The comprehensive software support and the redundant fallback mode of Ethernet links ensure perfect availability.
Introducing your configuration assistant
On request, the IRF3000 series models can all be delivered preconfigured to customer specifications, ready to plug and play. You can use a configuration assistant for the simple initial set-up as well as an IoT Wizard that magically installs the IoT data in your system.
The entire contents can be stored on an optionally available storage card that the firewall automatically reads at every start. The device can also be replaced quickly and cost-effectively – without needing a specialist.
As a special extra, the firewall can be expanded via microSD UHS-II for extremely fast data transfers, the configuration of backups, data storage and Docker containers.
