The Smart Hygienic Display from ADS-TEC has been specifically developed for hygiene-sensitive production environments and sets new standards in operating comfort, flexibility, and ergonomics. Featuring a robust stainless steel housing (V4A), IP69 protection against water and dust, and capacitive multi-touch operation, this monitor enables precise control – even when wearing gloves. Its seamless, screwless design allows for thorough, residue-free cleaning – an absolute must in hygiene-critical areas. Engineered according to EHEDG standards and DIN EN ISO 14159:2008.

Crystal-clear Full HD visualisation
The SHD9000 is available in two sizes to meet a wide range of industrial requirements. Whether you choose the compact 18.5" Full HD or the larger 23.8" Full HD model, both variants offer brilliant image quality and razor-sharp resolution. Thanks to the capacitive multi-touch screen, the display is intuitive to use – even with gloves. This enables fast, precise and hygienic interaction, even under demanding conditions.

Thanks to its innovative mounting options, the SHD9000 can be easily integrated into existing production lines and machines. Depending on requirements, three specially designed adapters are available:
- VESA adapter with hygienic silicone cable grommets for easy and secure installation
- Swivel adapter for bottom-mounted tube connections – ideal for pedestal stands or customised setups
- Tilt-and-swivel adapter for tube connections from above or below – offering maximum flexibility
These well-designed mounting options save valuable time and planning effort, making SHD9000 integration easier than ever.
Modular accessories for maximum adaptability
The SHD9000 can be individually extended and adapted to meet the specific demands of modern production environments. Using a practical bayonet system, various accessories can be securely and easily attached:
- Additional key module for custom control functions
- Keyboard tray for improved efficiency and comfort
- Scanner holder for optimised workflows
- USB cap with secured external USB port
Thanks to its modular design, the SHD9000 remains adaptable – without the need for complex modifications or additional installations.
One-person installation made easy
The SHD9000 has been purposefully designed for fast and simple installation by just one person. The fold-out interface cover allows for easy cabling and secure, hygienic installation.
Perfect view from every angle
Another key advantage of the SHD9000 is its intuitive tilt-and-swivel function, which can be adjusted without tools. This allows every operator to set the display to the ideal position for ergonomic working. It ensures comfortable use, reduces poor posture and fatigue, and actively supports health and productivity.
