Student involvement

Working student position

  • You are currently enrolled at a technical college or university and will continue to be enrolled for a minimum of three months
  • You are interested in the fields of business administration or technology
  • You want to be part of a medium-sized industrial company and are motivated to learn new things
  • You don’t just want to fetch coffee and make copies; you want to take on real responsibility

  • You will work for us between 8 and a maximum of 18 hours a week
  • Your working hours will be as flexible as possible and adapted to your course schedule 
  • Your pay will be determined based on which semester you are currently in during the standard period of study and how many semesters you have already worked for ADS-TEC (including internships and thesis projects)

Compulsory internships

  • The opportunity to get to know ADS-TEC as an employer before potentially joining the company as a working student or a bachelor’s or master’s degree candidate

  • You are enrolled at a technical college or university.
  • You need to complete a compulsory internship as part of your degree programme
  • You’re interested in the fields of business administration or technology
  • You want to be part of a medium-sized industrial company and are motivated to learn new things

  • You will work 36 hours a week for us 
  • Your working hours will be as flexible as possible, keeping in mind our core working hours 
  • Your pay will be determined based on whether and how long you have already worked for ADS-TEC (e.g. as a working student)
  • After an initial training period, you will also have the option to work from home two days a week

Thesis project

  • You will work on an interesting topic and write your thesis in a modern working environment. We will only agree to work with you on your thesis project if we are able to properly support and advise you
  • We will pay you for your work starting in the first month
  • Deepening of theoretical technical expertise through real-working experience 
  • The opportunity to get to know ADS-TEC as an employer and potentially start your career here 

  • You are enrolled at a technical college or university
  • You will be writing a thesis soon as part of your degree programme
  • You are interested in the fields of business administration or technology
  • You are interested in being part of a medium-sized industrial company

  • You can work flexibly when and where you want
  • Your work will be remunerated based on the degree you are pursuing
  • You have the opportunity to work on your project at a desk at our headquarters in Nürtingen or at home

Together, we will work with your college or university to find a concrete topic for your thesis project.
