LogiMAT 2013 – Highlights by the ADS-TEC GmbH

At the LogiMAT 2013 ADS-TEC introduces the new Terminals of the VMT8000 series with current Multi Touch Technology. The robust devices in pleasant haptic are designed forintuitive operation. The Terminals are all-round IP65 compliant and are flexible via VESAmounting in assignments at stackers, vehicles and at plants. Also new for the Terminals inthe form factors 10.4“, 12.1“ and 15“ is the extended power supply generation for mobileand stationary solutions, which is now also available for 24 V and for the scopes from 16 Vto 48 V. For backward radio covering the advanced antenna concept of the Terminals with antennas integrated provide now a third WLAN antenna.

Just as the new VMT8000 series by ads-tec, the well-proven Terminals of the VMT6000 series are also extended with the advanced power supply generation, the new antenna concept and the current processors Intel^® Atom™ Dual Core with 1.6 GHz performance at the LogiMAT. Designed consequently fanless and in stable aluminium diecast housing both series resist temperature ranges from -30 °C to 55 °C. Their touch references and calibration data is stored within the BIOS. Equipped with the latest OS by Microsoft^® and Linux, they provide double Highspeed Gigabit Ethernet, three USB 2.0 as well as one RS232 interface, and further interfaces can be added optionally.
