From 26th to 28th November ADS-TEC will be presenting at SPS 2019 its new PC terminals, firewalls, control cabinet PCs and box PCs to the trade public for the first time. At Europe's leading trade fair for electrical automation, the Nuertingen-based company will inform on how an individual IIoT solution kit can be created from the interaction of the various hardware and software components. The ADS-TEC Industrial IT experts will present the corresponding products for all production processes in Nuremberg, including the four new products.
Security solution for plants and machines
Simple and intuitive to operate, the firewall solves demanding security tasks and scores in use as a remote maintenance centre or router in the control cabinet. By implementing open IoT standards such as OPC UA and MQTT, the IRF1000 series provides a powerful basis for the realisation of industry 4.0 solutions.
The optimum hygiene solution for your production processes
The new MMD9016 was developed on the basis of our established MMD8000 series. The digital monitor solution has a stainless-steel housing for highest hygiene requirements. Due to the modular concept, different holders can be mounted on the rear side. A tube adapter and a VESA mount are available for this purpose. DisplayPort and HDMI are optionally available as electrical interfaces.
Fanless Box PCs for control cabinet installation
The new ADS-TEC industrial PCs for control cabinet installation deliver strong performance without compromise. The sophisticated passive cooling concept does not require a fan and allows at the same time the use of powerful 8th generation Intel processors (Whiskey Lake). With the optional HDBaseT™ module, multimedia signals can be transmitted up to 100 meters away. The optionally available HILSCHER netJACK modules make it easy to integrate a wide variety of fieldbus types into the IPC.
HMI solutions for the operation and visualisation of machines and plants
ADS-TEC industrial PCs of the latest generation were developed on the basis of our decades of experience and optimised in every detail. Available in three-inch sizes, the HMIs deliver strong performance with 8th generation Intel® processors (Whiskey Lake) without the need of a fan. The optionally available HILSCHER netJACK modules allow the integration of a wide range of fieldbus rates into the systems with long-term availability.
