Planners, developers and operators of a modern HMI solution appreciate our hardware answer to the increased requirements of modern visualization software, thanks to the strong performance of the 8th generation Intel® processor technology, the ease of use and elegance of the Full HD displays.
Operating machines made easy
The MES9000 as machine panel PC features not only high performance and easy integration in the machines or systems, it is also extremely user-friendly with its large, multitouch display and contemporary design. A striking feature for every machine and an operator’s favourite – because of its tool-free adjustable supporting arm connection and glove-friendly display. In short: it offers an excellent overview for perfect monitoring and control.
Installed in no time at all
Efficiency is key: the mounting concept of the MES9000 series has been well thought out down to the last detail and is so flexible that installation is fast and simple. Depending on the application, the (VESA) supporting arm, wall or table mounting, or base can be perfectly connected with each other via a VESA100 connection. An optional accessory kit for mounting arm installation with concealed cable routing or an IP65 kit for an all-round protected housing can be used.

The future is connectivity. Our versatile interfaces make it easy to connect peripherals: the MES9000 series is equipped with a radio module with current Wi-Fi standards, Bluetooth for connecting scanners, and user recognition via RFID.
Industrial communication is simple. And doesn’t require any tools
Do you need greater flexibility when connecting your peripherals? With the Hilscher netJACK modules you can integrate a variety of fieldbus types as well as real-time Ethernet in the MES9000. This can be done quickly and easily without tools.
All the power you need: even over 100 metres.
The machine panel PC can easily handle longer distances. The optionally integrable HDBaseT transmitter module makes it possible to transmit multimedia signals such as image and touch control over distances of up to 100 metres – via one single cable. Our state-of-the-art OPD- and MMD-series industrial monitors also provide superb viewing results.
